Kiddies Favourite - Healthy cake sale brownies Moms! 


INGREDIENTS

1 cup (200g) coconut oil  (or normal oil)     

1 cup (300g) sugar                                     

4 eggs                                        

vanilla essence

1 cup (150g) green banana flour             

¾ cup (60g) cocoa powder                    

a pinch of salt                                        

METHOD

  1. Melt the coconut oil and mix with sugar

  2. Add eggs and vanilla and mix well until a bit fluffy

  3. Add flour, cocoa and salt and mix 

  4. Bake in 160 degrees for 20mins
